With any Holiday Gift Donation of $20.00 or greater, we will send a Grow-A-Note Holiday card on your behalf to let that special person know a Gift Donation has been made in their honor. With a $40 Gift Donation, we'll send cards to 2 people...$60 gets you 3 cards sent and so on...

Grow-A-Note Plantable Seed Cards are handmade seed embedded cards that grow flowers! Fun and eco-friendly, Grow-a-Note cards are made with 100% post-consumer pulp and printed using soy inks. The growing instructions are printed on the back of each card and accompanied by the list of colorful wildflowers that will grow once the card is planted.            

As Grow-A-Note cards are spreading Holiday wishes throughout the year, you and your card recipient will know that your special gift is also helping spread Blooms from the Heart’s message of caring and compassion! A 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Blooms from the Heart relies on the generosity of others and your Gift Donation supports our mission of delivering recycled flowers to those in need. Donations are deductible to the fullest extent permitted by the IRS.

To make a secure Holiday Gift Donation online with PayPal:

1. Click on the Donate button below.
2. Enter Donation Amount and click “Update Total”.
3. Log into PayPal with your existing account information OR complete the credit card fields and click “Review Donation and Continue”.
4. Click on the "+" next to "Gift Name/Address for Card(s)" and type the name of the person(s) you would like the Gift Donation card(s) to be sent to. A Gift Donation card will be sent for donations of $20 or greater. Enter all recipient information if making multiple Gift Donations at $20 each.
5. Click on “Donate Now”.
6. You will receive a donation receipt from PayPal via email.

To make a Holiday Gift Donation by US Mail:

1. Download and complete a Gift Donation Order Form.
2. Mail the form and your check to the address on the bottom of the form.

Blooms From The Heart is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Corporation funded by the generosity of others. Your support helps us send our message of caring and compassion to those in need. Donations are used to meet the operating expenses associated with recycling flowers from events, venues and businesses and delivering the re-purposed arrangements to San Diego area hospitals, senior homes, hospice centers and other facilities where they can be enjoyed.
